🌈 This Pride Month, we’re celebrating a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves a safe and loving relationship. 💜

Healthy relationships are built on respect, trust, care, and consent. No matter your gender, sexuality, or relationship type, everyone has the right to feel safe, valued, and free from abuse.

This Pride Month, we stand with LGBTQ+ communities and reaffirm our commitment to creating a world where every relationship is safe, loving, and rooted in respect. 🏳️‍🌈✨

Drink spiking can happen to anyone — and it is never the individual's fault. 🤍

Signs someone may have been spiked include:
• feeling sick
• seeming much drunker than expected
• confusion or disorientation
• sudden sleepiness
• blurred vision
• trouble talking or loss of balance
• acting out of character or feeling “strange”

If you think someone has been spiked, stay with them, help them get home safely, and seek medical support if needed. Looking out for each other matters.

Ritual abuse is a form of organised abuse where individuals — especially children — are subjected to repeated and extreme harm by a group of perpetrators. It can include sexual, physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual abuse.

Awareness saves lives. Education helps survivors feel seen, heard, and supported. 🤍

If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse:
📞 Call 999 in an emergency
📞 NAPAC - The National Association for People Abused in Childhood 0808 801 0331
📧 RAINS: [email protected]

You are not alone. Support is available.
