Freshers season is officially here! 🎉 As Welcome events kick off at universities across the country, we know it can be an exciting but nerve-wracking time.

For over three decades, BOSS has been empowering and training students to hold space during these important first few weeks. Sikh students and Sikh Societies play a massive role in making schools, colleges, and universities welcoming, accommodating, and safe for everyone.

Join us in championing the incredible work our Sikh students are stepping up to do this year across the UK. We saw so many amazing plans and collabs taking shape at NSSDAY 2026—the future is looking bright!

Team 6-7 unite!

The National Sikh Soc Day organised by BOSS (est 1991) is for university and college Sikh socs members across the UK as well as those interested in learning more. The day has been designed to help unite, engage, and empower Sikh students for the academic year ahead.

On the day, there will be workshops that will accredit you with skills such as public speaking, event management, and welfare, amongst others. There will be discussions on the role we all play collectively in the UK and plenty of opportunities to network with like-minded and supportive students and groups.

The day-long workshop is FREE and includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks. You MUST register by 30th August 2026 if you wish to attend.

PLEASE NOTE: NEW BOSS FRESHER’S PACKS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION ON THIS DAY ONLY.
