Enjoy a gentle movement and exercise session set to vibrant Caribbean music, creating an uplifting and inclusive atmosphere that promotes both physical and emotional wellbeing. Through rhythm, dance, and movement, individuals will be encouraged to stay active, improve coordination, and boost their confidence while connecting with the rich cultural heritage of the Caribbean community. Music has long played an important role in Caribbean life, bringing people together, sharing stories, and celebrating identity.

📍Bethel United Church, 759 Coventry Rd, Bham B10

Join a fun and creative West Indian heritage session where we will be making West Indian flags and exploring the vibrant art of tie-dye. As we create, we will share stories, memories, and experiences that celebrate the rich culture, traditions, and history of the West Indies.

AND.....

Both sessions include a selection of delicious West Indian refreshments, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy authentic flavours while connecting with one another in a warm and welcoming environment.
