Cherished provides bespoke packages within both primary and secondary schools delivering group work with young girls developing emotional literacy. Cherished provides small group work, one to one work and mentoring packages for schools. cherished seeks to explore key relevant issues with young girls in a fun way focusing the emotional well being of each girl we work with. Cherished uses life story

therapy, play, drama, craft, journalling, reflection, discussion and story to explore ways of managing and understanding feeling and emotions.
