LoveBrum We are a charity for charities, raising and distributing funds to volunteer led projects & charities LoveBrum is a charity. But we are more than just a charity.

We will find local projects that are making a real change to our already beautiful city, and then ask our members which of these causes we ought to support. We are also a movement for a better Birmingham. We are a community of people who love their city and who want to see real change. We were pleased to continue with our donation of 1500 meals supporting those most in need with 180 going to one of our causes Reconnected. 🍛

We were pleased to hear from Fred about what this means to them and their service users - "On behalf of everyone at Reconnected, I would like to express our profound gratitude to you for your incredibly generous donation of meals to support the people we serve. The provision of 180 meals has made a meaningful difference to some of the most vulnerable members of our community and demonstrates a genuine commitment to those facing hardship. A little throwback for this week’s ❤️

We’re looking back at our support for Balsall Heath City Farm, a much-loved community space in the heart of Birmingham.

Opened in 1980, the farm has been giving local families the opportunity to connect with animals and nature for generations. Today, it continues to provide a welcoming space for learning, gardening, volunteering and wellbeing, alongside caring for the many animals that call the farm home 🌱

It’s a wonderful example of a local community asset making a real difference, bringing people together, encouraging environmental awareness and giving families a little taste of the countryside in the middle of the city.

It’s always a pleasure to revisit the causes we’ve been able to support, and Balsall Heath City Farm is one we’re especially pleased to shine a light on again ✨

Would you be able to last a night behind bars? 👮‍♂️

On 24th September, these inmates will swap comfy offices for cold cells as they're "locked up" at HM Prison Shrewsbury for our Set Me Free fundraiser.

Their only way out? Raising as much money as possible for Cash for Kids & LoveBrum to help support local children and young people who need it most.
