Morgan is an attorney, strategist, and lifelong advocate for disability justice and health equity.

“I joined Hormonally as a board member because women’s health shouldn’t be confusing, stigmatized, or exclusive.

Conversations about women’s health often leave women with disabilities out, and their experiences matter. If we’re not including all women, we’re not telling the full story.”

Through her work in law and nonprofit strategy, Morgan helps strengthen Hormonally’s foundation so it can reach more women with accurate, inclusive, and empowering information.

“I’ve seen what happens when systems forget who they’re meant to serve. Hormonally is building something different, a movement where all women are heard, respected, and informed.”

Lucy works with .us to help close the gap in reproductive and hormonal health education.

As someone experiencing perimenopause while raising a teenage daughter, she understands how important it is for women to have clear, accessible information about their bodies.

“Being perimenopausal and raising a teenage daughter has shown me how vital it is to understand our bodies and the powerful role hormones play in shaping our mood, wellbeing, and overall health and wellbeing.”

Lucy is equally committed to empowering women to advocate for themselves.

“Understanding your body is step one. But having the confidence to speak up and seek the right support makes the real difference. So many women I know have been dismissed or left without the help they need which is why Hormonally’s mission matters so much.”

In Her Own Words — Christin Sogge, PA-C

Christin started her career in finance, but changed the direction of her career to work in medicine when she saw how often women’s real needs were lost in the healthcare system.

Today, she’s a Physician Associate specializing in complex gynecology, s*xual medicine, and menopause. She’s also a certified Menopause Practitioner.
Christin believes something fundamental to the work of Hormonally:

"Women make good decisions when they have good information, and that information should be free and accessible."

We’re honored to have her voice guiding our work. 💜

Lindsey has spent 18 years building systems to ensure and promote access to comprehensive s*xual and reproductive health services across Africa, Asia, and the U.S.

She knows how vital it is for women to have accurate, trustworthy information, and how damaging misinformation can be.

“People with female s*x organs across the U.S. face an urgent need for high-quality health information.

Rising misinformation poses serious risks, and too often, healthcare providers lack the tools they need to offer comprehensive, client-centered care.”

Lindsey is proud to support Hormonally because it fills a critical gap.

“Hormonally offers high-quality, user-friendly resources that are freely accessible and not restricted by paywalls.

It’s a lean, strategic team doing deeply important work.”
