Some moments remind us just how special our community is!💙

Today, we had the privilege of welcoming back someone who once came to Feedo Needo Birmingham as a service user, collecting food parcels when she needed support.

This time, she returned as a donor, generously giving back to the very community that once supported her. 🫶

Her kindness is a beautiful reminder that support can come full circle, and that every act of generosity can make a lasting difference.

For World Humanitarian Day, we were honoured to welcome the Lord Mayor of Birmingham - Zaker Choudhry, to Feedo Needo Birmingham, where he spent time learning more about the work we do to support people experiencing homelessness and those in need across our community.

From packing food parcels to serving our service users, the Lord Mayor got involved and helped make the day truly memorable for everyone involved. 🙌

Humanitarianism is about more than giving, it’s about showing up, listening, and standing together for those who need support most.

As part of their weekly outreach, the Feedo Needo Manchester team were out supporting people in the local community, distributing food essentials and offering a friendly point of support. 💙

Feedo Needo is marking World Humanitarian Day with our community in Birmingham. 💙

We’ll be providing hot meals, barbering services, hygiene essentials and more, helping people access practical support with dignity and care.

We are pleased to be joined by the Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Councillor Zaker Choudhry, as our special guest.

Our Feedo Needo team visited The Centre Project to distribute food parcels to less fortunate members of our community. 💙

For someone going through a difficult time, a food parcel can mean more than a meal. It can bring relief, comfort and a reminder that they are not alone.
