Part 2 of our Cyber Security Day - with lots more still to learn after the digital escape room

Financial scams are scarily frequent and our Equiano participants are the most vulnerable to these situations, due to English not being their first language and some not feeling confident with technology like online banking

Once again, thank you to Barclays and The West Midlands Police for hosting this free session for our participants 💛

The first time for all of our current participants visiting the Black Country Living Museum, and we had a fantastic time.

With thanks to providing us with a year pass, we’ll definitely be back again soon 💛

As part of the holistic support we provide for our Equiano participants, learning more about the digital world is an important part for their progression, protecting their personal information and preventing scams, which is especially vital for participants on our Equiano project

We’re so thankful for The West Midlands police for providing this throughly entertaining and free session for us, our participants gave fantastic feedback and learnt a lot on this cyber security day!

To be able to create new memories, while learning about local transport and activities in Birmingham is something we’re passionate about providing for our participants 💛

A busy week spent with our HR assistant who has already had a long journey with us!

Receiving support from Jericho Works (once Prosper Project) to guide her through the job application process while struggling with overwhelming anxiety

Once being held back from opportunities at university, she’s now thriving in her HR role at JERICHO - leading inductions, attending events and confidently socialising with the wider team

100% of those who completed a JERICHO apprenticeship in 2025/26 moved onto employment, training, or another positive outcome

Apprenticeships in one of our social enterprises offer personalised pathways that bridge the gap between education and employment. Many young people in leave education without the qualifications, confidence or support needed to progress into sustainable employment.

Challenges such as trauma, insecure housing, neurodivergences, abuse and poor mental health can leave them at risk of long-term economic inactivity.

By meeting each young person where they are, we help them build confidence, resilience and the foundation for lasting success

The Multibank is a valuable asset to our support team. The support we provide to our participants goes further than you may expect and the journey in reaching sustainable employment involves more than gaining working experience and finding sustainable jobs to apply to

Support with essential household items takes some of the everyday struggles off our participants plates so they can come to their work placement with a clearer mindset, focus on their progress back info sustainable employment and live a healthier lifestyle

Our Christmas toy drive can be greatly impactful to our Equiano participants, to be able to join in with the spirit of Christmas but also relieve some pressure in providing a special day for their children 💛
