We are offering FREE Deaf Awareness Training to local professionals in Birmingham!

A fun, interactive way to learn how to improve inclusion and accessibility for your organisation!

During this one-off session, we will provide your staff with a better understanding of how to communicate with deaf colleagues or clients, and how to work with British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters.

📍 In-person at our Deaf Cultural Centre

Upcoming dates:
- Wednesday 18th March (during Sign Language Week!)
- Thursday 16th April
- Tuesday 5th May (during Deaf Awareness Week!)

Delivered in partnership with RNID and the NHS who will share their experiences of tinnitus and tips for how to cope.

- Oversee financial sustainability, income generation and growth
- Act as the public face of BID Services and influence national conversations
- Lead on governance, risk, safeguarding and compliance
