Our consultants work with clients to ascertain their real development needs and provide bespoke interactive programmes that fit seamlessly with their organisation's requirements and culture. We also specialise in international visits which can unlock the potential of your organisation facilitating exchange of knowledge, cultural experiences and best practice between similar organisations worldwide. Currently we work with women organisations in Europe, Russia and Uzbekistan.

During 2019-2020 URU Connect, UK and The Crisis Centre for Women and Children “Ekaterina”, Russia delivered training programme for professionals on working with perpetrators of domestic violence as part of the “Developing Multi-Agency approach to Preventing Domestic Violence and Re-offending in Russia” project, funded by the CAF Foundation, Moscow.
The project goal was to improve safety for women and children victims of domestic violence (DV) in Ural Siberian Region of Russia, through working with perpetrators of DV to help them change their behaviour and develop respectful, non-abusive relationships and reduce their re-offending improving their families' lives for the better
Our thanks to funder Charity Aid Foundation and all partners that supported the programme giving their time and expertise which enabled successful outcomes of research and implementation of the training programme.

A round table took place on 27th February 2020 in Ekaterinburg, Russia, concluding the joint project between URU Connect and the Crisis Centre "Ekaterina" - “New approaches of working with families experiencing domestic violence - Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programmes”. The round table was attended by 27 people, members of the Coalition of the Crisis Centres of the Ural Siberian Region as well as professionals from the Law enforcement agencies working with victims and perpetrators of domestic violence.

The Conference “Prevention of violent crimes in the family. Innovative approaches to working with victims and offenders.” was held by The Crisis Centre "Ekaterina" and the project stakeholders on 28th March 2019. The conference was attended by more than 60 people from 12 cities of the Ural Federal District, representatives of the Government agencies and members of the Coalition of Crisis Centres of the Ural Siberian Region. The conference discussed new approaches to working with perpetrators of domestic violence.
