Dear Kings Heath class members, I (Ruana) have been carefully looking at the weather forecasts the last few days and what other groups are doing to make a decision about what to do this Thu.

The church have confirmed that they are staying open as usual and the other Music Shakers teacher (Emma) is running her classes. Looking at the hour by hour forecast I have decided to run the 9.30am and the 11am classes but cancel the 1pm class.

For reference the current forecast for the 9.30am class is 24 degrees and 28 degrees for the 11am class. (The 1pm class is 31 degrees which is why I've decided not to run that one).

People signed up for the 1pm class can either come to one of the other classes or message me regarding a refund.

I will be doing everything I can from my side of things including bringing extra fans from home and frozen water spray bottles. There is water and cups available in the room to help yourself at any time. PLEASE wear loose comfortable clothes and bring anything that might help you in addition. A small towel or sponge that can be run under water and put behind the back of the neck or laid over babies can help as well as a bottle of water that has been in the freezer or with ice cubes in it.

Thanks everyone, please get in touch with any questions you have and I'm looking forward to seeing you ###
