Please note the Rehoming centre is appointment only and closed on Wednesdays. Our 72-acre site has been specifically chosen as the perfect location to help animals through rescue, recovery, and rehabilitation. We look after cats, dogs, rabbits, birds and other small domestic animals - at any one time we are caring for over 200 animals. Most of the animals have been rescued from neglect and poor treatment - when they come to us they are often nervous of strangers. We spend weeks, months and sometimes years looking after them preparing them for a new life and a second chance. All of our animals are looking for someone to offer them a new home, to be a friend and look after them. In return a pet will offer fun, friendship and loyalty. We also have an animal hospital on site with a dedicated team who treat a range of veterinary conditions to improve the lives of unowned neglected and sick animals we look after. It costs the RSPCA over £1,000 a day to run the Centre. We rely entirely on kind donations from people like you. If you would like to support us, or you have room in your home and in your heart to take on a rescue animal, please visit our website. Our animal hospital is open 8am to 6pm only, for unowned sick or injured animals. Please note we do not provide services for owned animals. Our animal centre opening hours are 11:00am - 3:00pm every day, except Wednesday. The rehoming centre now operates on appointments only for adoptions.
