2. Loss of interest in activities: you may no longer enjoy hobbies or spending time with loved ones.
3. Fatigue despite functioning:They complete responsibilities, but every task feels exhausting.
4. Changes in sleep or appetite:This includes insomnia, hypersomnia, or fluctuating appetite.
5. Difficulty concentrating or decision-making: Moms may struggle with focus while appearing outwardly capable.
