From language to connection—our weekly ESOL classes in Solihull, supported by , have become so much more than lessons.

Thanks to their funding, we’ve provided a safe space to learn, grow, and build community—complete with tablets for visual learning and IT skills. 💻

With 12–20 people joining each session, the impact has been undeniable. Residents aren’t just improving their English; they’re finding joy, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

Their words say it best:

‘Thank you so much, you have really helped me with my English.’
‘Thank you, thank you. You make me happy here!’
‘We have to move out of the hotel, but we want to still come for English.’

This is why we show up. Every class, every shared laugh, every ‘thank you’ fuels our mission. Grateful for every step forward.

Entraide Stands With A Million Acts of Hope! 🌟

Entraide is joining A Million Acts of Hope—a national movement uniting hundreds of communities across the UK to counter hate, celebrate unity, and spread kindness.

We’re hosting an intimate community gathering with our service users, members, and local partners to stand together in solidarity against division and for hope.

Because hope isn’t just a feeling—it’s action. Whether through conversation, connection, or small acts of kindness, we’re showing how hope can bring us together, even when division feels loud.

🌙✨ Community Iftar Highlights ✨🌙

We were honoured to welcome members of the local community, including refugees and asylum seekers from diverse backgrounds, to share a warm and joyful iftar together.

The evening featured a heartfelt Quran recitation by a local Afghani new to the country, bringing a beautiful spiritual touch to the gathering. We were also warmly joined by the Mayor of Solihull, whose presence truly strengthened the spirit of community and togetherness throughout the evening.

Inspiring speeches were delivered by Madame Mayor Anette, Councillor Shahin Ashraf, and our Chairperson Felix Kupay, reflecting on the importance of unity, hope, and support within our community.

We also took a moment to briefly acknowledge Lent, recognizing the shared values of reflection and compassion across different faiths.

A special thank you to Bader for catering this wonderful event, helping to bring us all together in celebration and connection.

Wishing all observing a blessed Ramadan and meaningful Lent. 🌙✝️
