A group member as part of the Walsall Befriending 2:1 service had a fun and chilled time playing card games and chatting in our Walsall hub. ♦️♥️♣️♠️

We had a nice time getting to know each other and building confidence accessing the community!

During our July session at The New Art Gallery Walsall, group members had a fantastic time experimenting with polychrome printing, using ink and paper to create their own unique patterns and designs.

It was brilliant to see everyone getting creative, trying out different techniques and enjoying the process. 💜

Walsall Befriending Group has been welcoming new members to our new starters group this month!

As part of the group, members have enjoyed taking part in a creative plants workshop, learning how to care for and nurture their own plants while developing new skills along the way.

The group has also spent time learning about autism, helping everyone to better understand themselves and each other, while celebrating individual strengths, differences and abilities.

Our Teen Autism Confident programme is a welcoming group where young people can build confidence, better understand themselves and connect with other autistic teens.

We'll explore topics including social communication, anxiety, sensory awareness, self-esteem and navigating change.
