After life-changing treatment at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital (ROH), Adrian is giving back by taking on 'The Welsh 3000s Challenge' with his colleagues from October 2nd.

Adrian's hip surgery helped him return to the activities he loves, from walking and cycling to gardening and the gym. Now, he's walking over 30 miles across Snowdonia's highest peaks to support future patients at ROH.

A huge thank you and congratulations to everyone who took on the Wolf Run on 12-13 September in support of ROC'sOncology Appeal!

Teams from Judd Medical and E Manton, alongside ROH Catering colleagues Nathan, Ellie-Mae and Brandon, braved mud, water and obstacles to raise an incredible £6,600 including Gift Aid for patients receiving cancer treatment at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.

After being diagnosed with a rare bone cancer, Brian underwent life-changing surgery and rehabilitation at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.

Today, he is cancer-free and sharing his story to thank the teams who helped him every step of the way.

"Thank you to everyone who works there. You are the very best of us."

Brian has also chosen to give back by supporting ROC, helping future patients access the specialist care and support that made such a difference to him.
