🔶 Through the TATHIR Programme, we’ve helped dozens of partners strengthen their skills, serve their communities, and magnify their impact.
🔶 From capacity-building and coaching sessions to training in needs assessment, priority setting, and risk management, each step has empowered them to respond with resilience and confidence.

🔶في السودان، حيث واحدة من أكبر الأزمات الإنسانية، لم يكن عملنا مع المؤسسات المحلية مجرد تدريب.
🔶عملنا على بناء وتمكين القدرات كي تصمد وتستمر، في ظل الحاجات الإنسانية المتزايدة، والظروف الخطيرة.
🔶في برنامج "تأثير" تعاونا مع عشرات المنظمات المحلية وساعدنا الموظفين الإنسانيين على مضاعفة تأثيرهم.

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of our Advanced Train the Trainer (4 – 7 August) and Mentoring & Coaching (10 – 11 August) workshops in Aden, Yemen, which empowered 19 local trainers with advanced facilitation, mentoring and skills to strengthen the capacity of local humanitarian response.

This training is part of a broader programme dedicated to and capacity-building, ensuring that local NGOs in Yemen are supported in their efforts to lead high-quality, accountable, and sustainable aid programmes.

A special thanks to Islamic Relief Deutschland for their generous support, and to Islamic Relief Yemen for coordinating the programme.
في إطار التزامنا بتطوير قدرات المنظمات المحلية في اليمن، لتعزيز جودة واستدامة عملها، اختتمنا في اليمن ورش عمل تدريبية مثمرة.

أتممنا تدريب المدربين بين (4-7 أغسطس) وبرنامج التوجيه والتدريب بين (10-11 أغسطس)، حيث زودنا 19 مدربًا بمهارات متقدمة لتعزيز الاستجابة الإنسانية المحلية.

نشكر منظمة الإغاثة الإسلامية- ألمانيا على دعمها السخي، ومنظمة الإغاثة الإسلامية- اليمن على تنسيق البرنامج.
