A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event so special.

Whether you walked, ran, wheeled, volunteered or came along to show your support, you all played a part in making the day a success.

We're so proud of everyone who took part and what you achieved. By coming together and supporting Midland Mencap, you've helped make a difference to people with learning disabilities, their families and carers.

💗 Talking women’s health at Chill & Chat

We recently welcomed NHS staff to our Chill & Chat session to speak with our citizens about women’s health and the importance of breast cancer screening.

It was a valuable opportunity to ask questions, learn more about looking after our health and have open conversations in a relaxed and supportive environment.

A big thank you to the NHS Birmingham and Solihull team for joining us and sharing their knowledge!

Our citizens enjoyed a relaxing Mandala Flowers workshop, creating their own colourful designs and using them to decorate their notebooks.

Creative sessions like this give our citizens the opportunity to express themselves, learn new skills and enjoy time together.
