Embrace Community Group This vision recognizes the interconnectedness of all beings and supports living with intention on the earth.

Embrace community Group (ECG) will be a Group of Excellence in the provision of services to anyone who lacks direction, under represent and lives within the Handsworth, Newtown, Lozells and Perry Barr. We will be the community's premier knowledge resource and a recognized leader in promoting reading, writing, numeracy, sports and physical activities as a lifelong learning activity. ECG’s aim is to

rise above the ordinary by developing education which can transform lives and communities by achieving the best result for the community with access for everyone through education, advocacy and mobilization; from the community for the community to the end of Deprivation and crime. We envision creating and living in a community which fosters harmony with each other, the larger community and a community culture grounded in love: embodying compassion, honesty, self-responsibility, and delight in diversity, cooperation, and the honouring of all.
