In this session, Tom Stenson, Head of Training for the ADINJC, and ORDIT Trainer will discuss and demonstrate the benefits of Skill Acquisition and why it is important to identify development instead of identifying faults.

What to Expect

Research based approaches to skill acquisition

Understanding and managing emotions to support safe and confident performance

Why effective learning focuses on developing skills rather than teaching topics

The importance of self evaluation in effective learning and long term improvement
