CIC specialise in improving social integration and cohesion, resilience and achievement in education, cultural development, identity and sense of belonging, as part of building self-esteem and confidence. We run community projects such as:
• CV writing sessions and finding vacancies
• Community session education on substance abuse delivering in-house training
• Volunteer garden project local co

mmunity / planting new plants
• Job searching / interview coaching
• Life skills cooking sessions, food hygiene and safety training certificate at the end programme
• First aid training will be offered in house
• Mental health awareness sessions and drop in centre

Our mission is to make disadvantaged and underprivileged people in the West Midlands confident and successful by enabling them to enrol on remarkable, high-quality funded courses that will lead to enriched lives and excellent job prospects. These courses will be accessible to everyone as we are dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion. Our core values are to be kind, compassionate and collaborative in order to make a positive lasting impact on the people we support. We believe everyone has the right to find a fulfilling job and have the ability to live a good, dignified life. We are a group with a social mission that works to combat injustice, challenge inequality and remove obstacles to promote social mobility.

Collaboration and effective communication are vital skills in today's interconnected world. Therefore, our charity will aim to cultivate these skills through group activities, projects, and interactive platforms, fostering teamwork and effective communication. Further to this, we hope to leverage technology and innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience. Whether through e-learning platforms, virtual reality tools, or task-based methods, the intention is to make learning more engaging, accessible, and effective.

Overall, the primary objectives of our organisation and training courses revolve around enabling learning, healthy eating and a optimistic mindset, personal development, academic success, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, personalized learning, collaboration, communication, and embracing technology and innovation. Subsequently, individuals who complete our courses will become highly confident, self-reliant and helpful members of society with increased job prospects. The skills they gain as a result of our courses will make them versatile, adaptable and capable of succeeding in various work environments.
