Birmingham Aspire is a networking and personal development platform for aspiring young professionals who are studying or in their first few years of training or employment. Working with its sister organisation Birmingham Future, Aspire offers its members the opportunity to develop transferable skills such as presenting, networking and communication. Aspire also provides access to mentoring, career

s advice and signposting for work opportunities including internships and work experience. As well as providing our members with the necessary skills to help them become ready for work, we give them a voice in the city. We offer opportunities to take part in new and ongoing conversations about the future of their city and industry by working closely with initiatives such as Birmingham’s Business Improvement Districts, the Big City Plan and the LEP.
