Dear Parents and Carers,

Please find below and check your emails 📧 for more information about the HPS Bronze Reading Challenge. 📚 📖
We are excited to encourage all children to develop their love of reading by taking part in this challenge. The attached document explains how the challenge works, the reading requirements, and how families can support their child at home.
We kindly ask that you take a few minutes to read through the information and discuss the challenge with your child.
Thank you for your continued support in helping to foster a love of reading.

Kind regards,

HPS

The school are asking us to help get the message out that we are a nut free zone.

They are asking families to:
Avoid sending nuts or nut-containing products into school.
Check lunchbox contents carefully before children leave home.
Avoid giving children nut-containing products immediately before school.
Encourage children to wash their hands thoroughly after eating and before arriving at school.
Support staff if concerns are raised regarding allergy safety.

Keeping children safe is something we can only achieve by working together 🫶

A reminder about the new parent coffee mornings on Tuesday at the Annex and Thursday at Main Site 9am-10am!

Pop in after drop off for a drink and a chat with other parents who are new to Harborne Primary.

There will also be a chance to find out about the Friends of Harborne Primary, who organise discos, film nights, fairs etc. to bring the school community together and raise money for the school.

We hope to see you there! 🫶

Through your incredible generosity we've been able to fund for these projects as well as saving towards our long term goal of supporting a Forest school at both sites!

We really do need some new enthusiastic volunteers to make this happen!
Please do get in touch if you can help run events this year, it's all for the kids 🌷
