With Law enforcement, health authority, Education, City Council,Fire serivice, Local sports and Community organisation coming together to offer the
best possible serivice to local constituents through sports, physical activity, leisure and

recreation. Using sport as a vechicle to steer youngsters away from
crime and antisocial behaviour and to aid in the pan childhood obesity epademic.
