VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a volunteer in each of our walking groups below.

*Weekly Walking Group Volunteer (in person)*

β€’ Lightwoods Park - Tuesdays 2pm-3pm, cafΓ© 3-4pm
β€’ Kings Heath Park - Thursdays 11am–noon
β€’ West Smethwick Park - Thursdays 11am–noon

A Walking Group Volunteer will usually:

β€’ Guide conversation
β€’ Walk at differing paces to suit the needs of attendees
β€’ Signpost support
β€’ Encourage health
β€’ Assist outreach and promotion for the group

This role is ideal for people interested in health, fitness and well-being within the older community. The role requires a weekly commitment.
