A partial solar eclipse is taking place across the UK today, offering a rare chance to see the Moon pass in front of the Sun. 🌞🌙

⚠️ Never look directly at the Sun, even during an eclipse. Doing so can cause serious and permanent eye damage.

Watch safely by: ✅ Wearing certified eclipse glasses (ISO 12312-2) ✅ Using a pinhole projector ✅ Watching a live stream ✅ Using approved solar filters on cameras or telescopes

Never use: ❌ Regular sunglasses ❌ Homemade filters ❌ Exposed film ❌ Cameras, binoculars or telescopes without approved solar filters

👀 If you're watching with children, make sure they are supervised and using appropriate eye protection.
