With the heatwave continuing over the next week, make sure you're staying safe and looking after yourself in the hot weather. ☀️

💧 Drink plenty of water
🧢 Wear a hat and suncream if you're heading outside
🌳 Stay in the shade during the hottest part of the day where you can
👶 Keep babies, young children and older adults cool and hydrated
🚗 Don't leave pets in a parked car
