When families receive life-changing news about their child's health, Gemma is often one of the first people they meet.

Every family's situation is unique, so Gemma tailors her support to their needs.

From helping with benefits applications and coordinating care, to advocating for parents and connecting families with the right services.

Thank you to Aston Villa Foundation for hosting the Acorns Family Fun Day. We loved seeing all the Villa shirts and big smiles across the pitch!

Days like this give children and siblings the chance to play, while parents can relax, meet other families and enjoy a day out together.

A special thank you to Mark, Mike, Chris and Craig from Footsteps 4 Families for walking from Villa Park to Old Trafford to raise money for Acorns and help make days like this possible. 💜

A HUGE congratulations to Imogen and Beth, who took on the Tough Mudder World's Toughest Mudder, a brutal 24-hour, nonstop obstacle course challenge, to raise vital funds for Acorns. 👏

They completed the challenge in memory of Imogen's brother Tristan, who was cared for at our Worcester hospice.

We're proud to continue supporting Imogen's family, including her five-year-old sister who has the rare genetic disorder SMARD. Our expert teams provide specialist care and emotional support for the whole family.

Imogen said: "I'm doing this for my siblings, and for the people who never stopped showing up for us when we needed them most."

For Harry and George, this is a place to play, laugh and simply be kids.
