Great news!
We did it!
The deposit for Newbigin House is raised.
Together you raised the deposit an incredible £60k and that changes everything. After nine years of shared meals, open doors and more than 1,000 guests, Newbigin House is within reach of belonging to the community it serves. Thank you, every one of you.
Charity Bank has agreed to lend us the rest. Huge thanks to Alan and the team there, and to John and everyone at Birmingham Diocese who walked this road with us. Partners like these make hope practical.
We still need final sign-off from Newbigin Community Trust trustees, so we hold this good news with open hands. Pray with us.
Every pound you give now is a pound we don't have to borrow. A smaller loan means lower monthly repayments, which frees more money for meals, blacksmithing workshops, youth activities and families in Winson Green. Less debt, more neighbourhood flourishing.
