Just a reminder for when we cancel after course check on the day (when we don't know in advance)

1. We email volunteers first and then send out an email via the volunteer appeal system (you can opt in for this on your profile - see screen shots).

2. We update Facebook, Instagram and Bluesky (screen shots of profiles below)

3. We cancel in our event management system and it will eventually appear on the website.

4. We try to update the news section of the website as well.

If you do see info about cancellation please share via any groups you're in and help us spread the word.
