Social Life Opportunities - Solo Embracing Disability, Empowering Lives To enable us to do this, we employ over 150 staff and work with up to 250 volunteers.

Established in 2000, SoLO now provides 1030 children and adults with learning disabilities with specialist social & leisure provisions, helping them increase their independence and self esteem.

If you’re looking for the perfect day out, head to Becketts Farm’s Garden Party. Wander through the sunflower fields, treat yourself to an ice cream and enjoy a day out with family and friends!

We’re delighted to be the charity partner for this year’s Sunflower Fields. If you choose to make a donation during your visit, it will go directly to SoLO, helping us continue providing opportunities and support for people with learning disabilities.

A trip into town. A coffee with friends. Trying something new. Meeting new people. These moments might seem ordinary, but for the people we support at SoLO, they're opportunities to build confidence, gain independence and feel part of their community.

That's what SoLO is all about. Breaking down barriers, creating connections and helping people with learning disabilities live life to the fullest.

But we can't do it alone.

Every donation helps us provide more outings, more activities and more life changing opportunities for the people who rely on us. Together, we can create more smiles, more friendships and more moments that truly matter.

If you're looking for a fun family day out, head over to Meriden Park between 12pm and 4pm for a fantastic afternoon of free activities.

Since 2000, SoLO has been supporting people with learning disabilities to build confidence, gain independence and live fulfilling lives. Today, we're proud to support more than 500 children, young people and adults across our services.

☕🍰 What an afternoon at Wren Hall! 🍰☕

Thanks to the incredible support of everyone involved, our afternoon tea at Wren Hall this month raised an amazing £1,286.82 for SoLO!

A huge thank you to Wren Hall, our staff, service users and volunteers who helped on the day, to our talented cake bakers for providing such delicious treats, and to every person who came along, enjoyed a cuppa and supported our work.

It was wonderful to see so many people come together in such a lovely setting. Every slice of cake and cup of tea helped raise vital funds for the services we provide.

Thank you for making the afternoon such a success! 💙
