Happy 18th Birthday, Harry. 💜

A Birthday, A Milestone, A Purpose.

At 18, Harry should be marking a birthday, not a diagnosis. We are marking both.
Eighteen is a significant milestone, a moment to look forward, to make plans and to begin a new chapter. We are proud of Harry, and grateful to everyone who has carried his name into awareness, education and research.

Harry’s journey is the inspiration behind The Harry Kazmi Foundation, established to support young people and families affected by alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (ARMS), a rare and aggressive cancer affecting children, teenagers, and young adults.

As Harry reaches 18, our focus remains firmly on the future.

The Foundation is working to address some of the challenges that continue to affect young people with ARMS, from awareness and earlier recognition, through to diagnosis, research, treatment pathways, and access to new scientific developments.

Our aim is to bring together researchers, clinicians, institutions, industry and the wider sarcoma community to improve understanding of ARMS and help accelerate progress.

There is much to do, and we believe that greater awareness, stronger collaboration and better use of science and technology can help change what is possible for young people diagnosed with this disease.

Harry turning 18 is therefore an important moment for the Foundation too. It reminds us why the work began and strengthens our determination to build something that can make a lasting difference for others.

And to everyone who has supported Harry and the work of The Harry Kazmi Foundation, thank you for helping turn his name into something that can support families, create awareness, drive research and help shape a better future for others.
