Peter & Istvan started their property journeys by utilising high cash flowing strategies such as Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) and Serviced Accommodation (SA,) initially acquiring their properties using the Rent to Rent model.
Having experienced both steep learning curves and quick successes, between them they have built up a substantial portfolio of HMO’s and SA’s. Furthermore, they have moved into other strategies such as ‘BRR’ and attracted many investors along the way.
Now they hope to share their experiences with those who are thinking about embarking on similar journeys and to prove that it is all completely possible with the right education and by taking consistent action. Join them weekly on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm to find out more!
