Ileys community Ileys Community Association was established in November 2007, It is based in Smethwick, in the Borough of Sandwell

Ileys is presently made up of five projects that serve the varied needs of the community, including: • advice and information service • After-school club: & training service for youth • English and ESOL courses • Women’s group.
