In case you missed it, Islamic Help had the privilege of attending the London premiere of Life Support, a powerful documentary exploring the experiences of international doctors who travelled to Gaza to provide lifesaving medical care.

We’re proud to support humanitarian medical missions that deliver lifesaving care to those affected by conflict. This film is a powerful reminder of the courage and resilience shown by healthcare workers on the frontline.

Islamic Help was honoured to attend the London premiere of Life Support last night. A powerful documentary, which centres on the experiences of international medical professionals who travelled to Gaza to provide lifesaving care during the ongoing conflict.

Through firsthand testimonies, video diaries and footage from Palestinian journalists, the film documents the immense challenges faced by healthcare workers as they treated patients in overwhelmed hospitals with limited resources. It also explores the moral responsibility many of these doctors felt to bear witness to what they experienced.

At Islamic Help, we believe it is vital that the voices of humanitarian workers and medical professionals are heard. We are proud to have supported a project that encourages reflection on the human impact of conflict and the importance of protecting healthcare, medical neutrality and human dignity.

We congratulate everyone who played a part in producing this important documentary and helping bring these stories to a wider audience. Above all, we honour the courage, resilience and dedication of the medical professionals whose experiences are at the heart of the film.

This is just the beginning. Over the coming days, we’ll be sharing exclusive conversations from the premiere, including interviews with the film’s director, one of the surgeons featured in the documentary, and a reaction from Louis Theroux. Stay tuned.
