🐶💛 Volunteer Opportunity – Collection Box Coordinator 💛🐶
📍 Location: Redditch
🤝 Role: Volunteer – Collection Box Coordinator
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable volunteer to help support Guide Dogs fundraising by looking after our collection boxes across Redditch.
🌟 Main Responsibilities
📋 Keep an up-to-date list of all countertop collection boxes and floor-standing Guide Dogs collection boxes in the Redditch area.
💰 Visit collection boxes to:
* Empty donations when required.
* Replace collection box stickers if they have become worn or damaged.
* Check that each box is clean, presentable, and in good condition.
🏦 Ensure all donations are handled securely by either:
* Banking the money, or
* Passing it on to our Treasurer.
👀 Keep an eye on the collection boxes and let the fundraising team know if any need replacing, repairing, or relocating.
❤️ This is a flexible volunteer role that makes a real difference to Guide Dogs. Every collection box helps raise vital funds to support people living with sight loss.
