🌙 Eid ul Adha Announcement – Masjid Sunnah Quinton 🌙

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

We are pleased to announce that Eid ul Adha Salah will be held at Masjid Sunnah Quinton with three Jama'ah:

🕌 1st Jama'ah: 7:00 AM
🕌 2nd Jama'ah: 8:00 AM
🕌 3rd Jama'ah: 9:00 AM

*Sisters’ facilities are available for all Jama'ah*

📖 The Prophet ﷺ said:
"The first thing we will begin with on this day of ours is to pray." (Sahih al-Bukhari)

⏰ Please arrive early as spaces are limited.
*Try to walk to the masjid or car share as parking causes issues to our neighbours*

🚗 Kindly park considerately and respectfully so we do not cause any distress to our neighbours.

🚨 URGENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – JUMU'AH & UPCOMING EVENTS 🚨

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

We urgently need brothers to step forward and support with upcoming Jumu'ah prayers and future events. This is a collective responsibility and a great opportunity for sadaqah jāriyah.

1️⃣ Parking & Traffic Support (URGENT)
We need volunteers to help manage parking and safely direct traffic, ensuring consideration for our neighbours and the wider community.

Following a recent visit from the Police and our Local MP, concerns were raised regarding poor parking. Unfortunately, this has also been highlighted publicly on social media ahead of the upcoming election. It is critical that we act now to improve and show the best of our character.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not harm his neighbour." (Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī & Muslim)

Let’s embody this teaching and ensure our presence is a source of ease, not difficulty, for those around us.

2️⃣ Fundraising Support (URGENT)
We are also in urgent need of volunteers to help raise funds for:

Our expansion project (to accommodate our growing congregation)
Toilet renovations (essential improvements)

Despite generous efforts in Ramaḍān, we fell short of our target, and the need is now more pressing than ever.

Volunteer for parking duty during Jumu'ah
Assist with fundraising efforts and campaigns
Give whatever time you can – even a small commitment makes a big difference. *Need to be available for most Jumu'ah*
