A jumble sale organised by some of our Scouts and Explorers is happening this afternoon — and there are plenty of bargains waiting to be found 👀

Come along to Kings Heath Community Centre between **2–4pm today** and enjoy the thrill of the rummage… you never know what treasures you’ll uncover! 😊

🛍️ £1 entry (kids go FREE!)
💛 Supporting their fundraising for the World Scout Jamboree in Poland 2027
♻️ Any leftover items will be donated to local charity shops

Scouts, along with Sea Cadets, Girlguiding, and St John Ambulance, is calling on the UK government to give all employees 35 hours of paid volunteer leave each year!

We’ve sent a letter to Prime Minister Keir Starmer to explain why this is so important. This change would make it easier to:
• Support local charities, youth groups, and community projects
• Volunteer during lunch breaks, work hours, or special events
• Give back to great causes—without losing pay!

With 35 hours of paid volunteer leave, more people can step up and make a difference in their communities.
