The land on Stevens Avenue, Woodgate Valley, which was due to be sold at auction on 22nd October, has now been withdrawn from the sale.
This could be for a number of reasons, including:
▪️The council deciding not to sell at this point.
▪️A potential private sale or offer currently being negotiated.
▪️A legal or planning issue that needs to be resolved.
▪️A change in the seller’s plans.
▪️The seller deciding that the auction was unlikely to achieve the price they were hoping for.
