This April at Cuppa Squad, we’re focusing on blood pressure. High blood pressure often has no symptoms but can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. At our hubs, we’ll be offering free blood pressure checks alongside friendly chats and information about what your numbers mean and how to keep your heart healthy. Pop along for a cuppa, get your blood pressure checked, and learn simple steps to look after your health.
