Alhamdulillah 🤲

Yesterday, Thursday 20th August, our weekly Islamic Ijtima was held at the mosque after Asar prayer.

As part of our Dars-e-Quran, we had the opportunity to learn about Surah An-Nazi’at (Surah 79), “Those Who Pull Out” or “The Soul-Snatchers.”

We were blessed to have Mawlana Abdul Hadi Sahib and M***i Abdul Majeed Sahib, who delivered a beneficial talk on the topic:

“Prayer — A Source of Relationship with Allah (SWT)” 🤲

The reminders highlighted the importance of Salah and how prayer strengthens our connection with Allah (SWT), bringing us closer to Him and helping us remain steadfast upon His guidance.

We are especially grateful to everyone who attended and to those who brought their children along during the summer break, giving them the opportunity to spend their free time learning and benefiting from the Dars-e-Quran.

May Allah (SWT) accept this blessed gathering, reward our teachers abundantly, increase us in beneficial knowledge, strengthen our relationship with Him through Salah, and grant us the ability to act upon what we learn. Ameen. 🤲

رحمت للعالمین… 🌙🌸
​وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ
"اور ہم نے آپ ﷺ کو تمام جہانوں کے لیے رحمت بنا کر ہی بھیجا ہے۔" (الأنبياء: 107)
​"And We have not sent you except as a mercy to the worlds."
(Qur’an 21:107)

​The Prophet’s ﷺ character remains a everlasting source of guidance and peace. May Allah ﷻ fill our hearts with his love and grant us the ability to practice his Sunnah every day.

Send Peace & Blessings Upon the Beloved ﷺ 🌙✨

The Noble Mission: Understanding the Importance of Dawah 🕌✨

​During today’s Jummah Khutbah at Alum Rock Islamic Centre, Imam Arif Almakawi delivered an inspiring sermon on the crucial importance of Dawah (conveying the message of Islam).

​Imam Arif highlighted that inviting others to goodness and sharing the true teachings of Islam with wisdom, gentleness, and good character is not just the duty of scholars, but a responsibility for every single believer in their daily life.

​"Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction..." — Quran (16:125)

​Key Reflections from the Khutbah:
