Good food. Honest conversation. Stronger community.

Attendance is free, but registration is required. Your RSVP helps us prepare the table for every brother who walks through the door—from the resources we provide to the meal we share together.

Bring a brother. Just make sure he registers too.

There’s always room for one more brother at the table.

We’ll save you a seat.

Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with therapy; it begins with a conversation. 💚✨

In honor of Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, BE Impactful Foundation and Mixy Events brought the community together for Let’s Talk About It: The Healing Hangout.

It wasn’t a seminar or group therapy. It was a judgment-free space to slow down, connect, and share real dialogue around mental wellness and practical self-care. 🌿

Thank you to everyone who showed up as they were, shared their experiences, and made Sunday morning so special. A huge thanks to our partners at Mixy Events and Lov3 Houston for helping us create a space for collective healing! 🫂
