IN MEMORY OF NATALIIA. IN SUPPORT OF OTHERS.
On 23 October, our Coffee Morning is not only about raising funds. It is about remembering someone who touched our lives and continuing the spirit of kindness she showed every day.
Earlier this year, we lost our dear colleague and friend, Nataliia Dmitriieva, after her battle with breast cancer.
Nataliia was a valued member of our community, known for her warmth, strength and compassion. Like so many people affected by cancer, she faced challenges that no one should have to face alone. Her loss reminds us why support for people living with cancer, and for their families, is so important.
Every day, organisations such as Macmillan Cancer Support and Mission Kharkiv help people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
In the UK, Macmillan provides practical, emotional and financial support to people affected by cancer, ensuring that nobody has to face cancer alone.
In Ukraine, Mission Kharkiv helps cancer patients access medicines, transport, medical support and essential care, often in circumstances made even more challenging by war.
Different countries. Different challenges. One shared mission: helping people find hope, dignity and support when they need it most.
That is why we are bringing our community together for a special Coffee Morning on 23 October.
