A little look behind the scenes at the Blues 👀

Members of the 1875 Club recently enjoyed an exclusive evening at the Knighthead Performance Centre, including a tour of the Club’s facilities and the chance to hear from Jeremy Dale and Demarai Gray.

Demarai spoke about his career and his own journey through the Birmingham City Academy before taking part in a Q&A with members.

And whilst the adults got an insight into the Academy, their children took to the pitches for a coaching session with Foundation staff.

Veterans, want to get back on the pitch?

There are currently spaces available in the BCFC Foundation Veterans Football Team.

The team trains on Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm at Ark Victoria Academy in Small Heath, giving veterans the chance to stay active, meet other members of the Armed Forces community and enjoy playing football as part of the Blues family ⚽

Whether you’re returning to football or looking for a new team to join, we’d love to hear from you.

Interested in getting involved? Contact Tony Watts, Armed Forces Coordinator, at [email protected] for more information.

The children explored what discrimination means and discussed how they can be allies to others, both in school and in wider society 💙
