We recently visited Pilates and Pastries at the Midlands Greek Cypriot Association (Magnet Centre, Park Approach, Erdington,) and can say it’s a brilliant community group 💛🥐

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a friendly and supportive space where everyone encourages one another and builds genuine connections. It’s clear this group really cares and looks out for each other.

Enjoy engaging Pilates sessions that are suitable for all abilities and a great way to stay active and feel good.

There are delicious homemade cakes, brought in by members of the group and shared, making it even more special!

Sessions take place every Monday from 11:30am – 12:30pm

It’s more than just a session — it’s a place to meet people, feel supported, and boost your wellbeing.

If you’re thinking about trying something new, this is a wonderful group to join, come along and experience it for yourself! 🙌

Yesterday’s Care for Carers meet‑up at the Beautiful Eco Hub was a real success. The main hall was full of creativity, conversation and connection as carers enjoyed arts and crafts, wood‑plaque decorating, and relaxing massage therapy from Live Well.

Lunch from the local café topped off a brilliant session. Big applause to the Eco Hub team for supporting us with such a meaningful event and celebrating the incredible carers in our community.

What an incredible day at Symphony Hall for Carers Week 2026 🎉

Forward Carers and Birmingham Carers Hub brought together an inspiring community of unpaid carers, local organisations, and support services ,all under one roof.

ENNS joined Neighbourhood Network Schemes and all the brilliant groups who joined to celebrate, connect, and champion carers across Birmingham. There were energy, passion, and commitment which made the event truly special.

Here’s to recognising carers today and every day 💙
