What does a day at the National Children's Choir of Great Britan look like? Well...

Last year's Choral Scholar, Olivia, gave us little look into what she got up to on the Summer Course in 2025.

Love this song, 'Bring Light' by Will Todd Music, and we especially love seeing our Senior and Yellow Choirs sing together!

Come and hear us sing on Saturday 8 August at the University of Birmingham in our Summer Concert 🎶

Cluster chord version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow from The Wizard of Oz, in the style of James Rose. Just a little warm up for Green Choir last year 🌈

Over the last three years, on one day of our Easter Course, we've been spending time with Soundabout.

Soundabout use music, sound, and silence to create opportunities where Learning Disabled people with complex support needs thrive. Our choirs love to spend time with Soundabout participants, making music together. Of course we make sure there's time to socialise afterwards too.

Here's a little video of a magical day in 2025 🤗

Our pink shirt-wearing Pastoral Team are the beating heart of the National Children's Choir of Great Britain. They make sure everyone is having a lovely time, and help newer members of the choir feel at home. We are proud of the strong emphasis we place on pastoral care - this video of Yellow Choir's Pastorals backstage at last year's Summer Concert just shows how much they care 💕

We love musicals! One of the most popular after-rehearsal activities is our Showtunes Singalong.

Here are our Junior Choirs singing along with Be Our Guest from Beauty and the Beast 🥀

Green Choir learned "I'll Tell My Ma" (sometimes known as "The Belle of Belfast City") last year in an arrangement by Erik Jones that includes some tricky body percussion. Here they are last Easter as they were beginning to learn the percussive elements of the song.

Watching a musical film with your choir friends is so lit ❤️👏👌

So excited for Summer Course when we'll have more fun together again 🥰
