This week is all about raising awareness of the incredible gift of organ donation and the lives that can be changed through one selfless decision.

There’s currently a campaign running with some free organ donation wallpapers available to download, making it really easy to show your support and help spread the message. 📱💚

Whether you’re already registered as an organ donor, have been thinking about it, or simply want to help raise awareness, every conversation can make a difference.

🪂❤️ A huge well done to Heart Dad Chris! ❤️🪂

After having two previous attempts cancelled due to poor weather conditions, Chris finally got his chance to take to the skies — and he absolutely smashed it! 🎉🙌

Congratulations, Chris, on completing your charity skydive and taking on such an incredible challenge in support of Young at Heart.

Thank you for your determination, patience and commitment, especially after having to wait through those two cancelled attempts!

What an incredible achievement! Taking that leap takes so much courage, and we are so grateful to each and every one of you for supporting Young at Heart and helping to raise vital funds and awareness. You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves! ❤️👏

Unfortunately, due to the windy weather conditions, the final 5 skydives have had to be cancelled. We know this will be hugely disappointing after all the preparation and excitement, but safety must always come first. We hope you’ll be able to take to the skies and complete your incredible challenge soon! 🪂💨

💙❤️ Wetsuits on their way to our Heart Warriors! 🥰🌊
We’ve been busy in the office today, packing up and posting out wetsuits to some of our amazing Heart Warriors! 📦🩱
For children living with congenital heart disease (CHD), swimming and being in the water can be a real challenge. Many struggle to regulate their temperature and can become cold much quicker than other children.
Our wetsuits help keep them warmer in the water, meaning they can stay in for that little bit longer — or, for some of our warriors, make it possible for them to enjoy the water at all. 🥹💙
Something as simple as a wetsuit can make such a huge difference — helping our Heart Warriors enjoy the things other children can take for granted. 🌊❤️
We’re so excited to get these out to their new owners and hope they bring lots of smiles, splashes and warmer swims! 🥰
Every Heart Warrior deserves the chance to enjoy the water. 💙❤️
