💖✨ WELL… THIS WAS NEWS WE DIDN’T EXPECT!! ✨💖

We’ve only gone and been nominated for CHARITY CHAMPION OF THE YEAR at the Womanifest 2027 Awards!!

Ema and the team have spent the last few weeks making some absolutely amazing and VERY well-deserved nominations for some incredible women who inspire us, support our communities and make a real difference every single day.

But never in a million years did we expect to see NEO COMMUNITY nominated ourselves!!

We absolutely LOVE everything that Womanifest stands for. It’s so much more than a festival or an awards evening. It’s a network of incredible women lifting each other up, opening doors, creating opportunities and making things happen!

Through our relationship with Womanifest, so many of our members have been given opportunities, experiences and memories they might never otherwise have had. Some genuinely once-in-a-lifetime moments. And that is what inclusion and community are all about!

And the festival itself? WOW!

We’re already looking forward to taking 30 of our ladies and young people along again next year, to laugh, dance, celebrate, make memories and just enjoy being part of something so special.

Although we really do need to find something just as fabulous for all our men too!! Come on, who’s going to make that happen?! Haha!

To whoever nominated us, THANK YOU!

Being recognised alongside so many brilliant people and organisations is a real honour, but what makes this extra special is knowing that the work we do together, as a team, with our volunteers, members and wider community, is being seen and valued.

Because at Neo, it’s never just about what we do. It’s about the people, the connections, the opportunities and making sure nobody gets left behind.

Here’s to Womanifest 2027, to celebrating amazing women, and to communities lifting each other up! 🥂✨

The family Toolbox team have had a fabulous day at the Brighter Birkenhead PCN event today.

So many wonderful people came and saw us, your conversations were lovely, it warmed our hearts that we are recognised as a much needed resource in the community.
