🌍 Over 1 BILLION people worldwide live with a mental health disorder.

Yet so many people still struggle in silence.

Because sometimes, saying “I’m fine” feels easier than explaining what’s really going on.

At WMO, we believe mental health matters in EVERY community, regardless of language, culture or background. 🌍

What a fantastic day at WMO Today! 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to visit the NHS Living Well Bus at Wirral Multicultural Organisation.

We were delighted to welcome the NHS team to our centre, where 50 people received vaccinations — 26 received both the flu and COVID-19 vaccines, while 24 received the flu vaccine.

Our WMO team supported throughout the day by helping with forms, keeping the queue organised and providing interpreting support during vaccinations. We also made sure everyone was looked after with a hot meal. 🍲

A massive thank you to the NHS team, WMO staff and everyone who helped make the day such a success. 💙

It was a brilliant example of services working together to make healthcare more accessible to our communities.

Last month, we had the pleasure of joining Recovery Fest 2026 — and what a day it was! 💜✨

A brilliant celebration of recovery, resilience, community and connection, bringing people and organisations together to celebrate journeys, share support and remind us just how powerful community can be.

The WMO team loved being part of the day, meeting so many wonderful people, having great conversations and joining in the celebrations. 🙌🏽

Because recovery deserves to be celebrated — and nobody should have to walk that journey alone. 💜
