❤️ Weekend Community Support Worker – Thanet

We’re looking for an experienced support worker who can work regular Saturdays and Sundays with our clients in the Thanet area.

The role includes companionship, meal preparation, shopping and practical help at home. You’ll need previous care or support experience, a driving licence and access to a car, as visits are at different locations.

❤️ Part-Time Community Support Worker – Thanet

Heart in the Community CIC is looking for an experienced, reliable support worker to join our home support team.

You’ll help clients with companionship, shopping, meal preparation, light household tasks and getting out into the community. The role involves travelling between clients, so you’ll need a driving licence and access to a car.

Previous care or support experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is kind, professional and confident working independently.

🚐 Community Driver – Thanet

Heart in the Community CIC is looking for a reliable driver to help local people get to our community groups and activities.

Around 6.5 hours a week are currently available. The role involves collecting and returning passengers in our wheelchair-accessible minibus, helping them board safely and looking after the vehicle while it is in your care.

You’ll need a suitable driving licence, a calm and friendly manner, and to be dependable with agreed journeys. Experience supporting older people or people with dementia would be welcome.
